Description: Whether you are a member of a team or interacting with the public you must learn communication techniques and strategies so you are able to work with a variety of people so you provide excellent customer service. We will indentify customer service mistakes and then ways to address them. Explore why people act the way they do so you can appreciate the diversity of others.  We will look at trigger words, building listening skills, ways to answer difficult questions, what to do when people are complaining, how to deal with bullies and the importance of choosing your battles. There will be partner, small and large group work.
